What we collect and why
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, organisation if you give it, the topic you chose and your message. We use these only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree. Course payments are taken on Stripe’s own pages; we do not see or store your card details.
Analytics
We use PostHog, hosted in the European Union, to understand which pages are read and which links are used. It runs without cookies and stores nothing on your device, and we do not use it to identify you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any work that follows, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing contact@amakoragroup.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
